Remote Staff Engineer, Card Issuing Platform

Block, Inc. is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the Financial Platform - Issuing team. This remote Bay Area role focuses on the card issuing platform underpinning Cash App Card, Square Card, and new programs. You will lead deep network-focused work, build and debug at the protocol level, and collaborate with networks to meet requirements. You will work hands-on on production systems, influence network certification, and drive durable engineering leverage.
