IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities: Independently navigate NIMRS, Concerts, and MHPD to complete both complaint and safety check duties. Independently navigate Verizon Virtual Contact Center to receive contacts for Customer Relations. Create, enter, modify, and update complaints into the NIMRS database. Monitor the complaint database for timely and quality complaint responses. Assist Field Office complaint staff with troubleshooting complaints in NIMRS. Assist providers with troubleshooting safety checks in NIMRS. Monitor and coordinate with providers to ensure safety check contacts are correctly entered in MHPD. Provide technical assistance to users regarding entering data for incidents and running reports from the NIMRS menu. Minimum staffing requirements, including licenses and certifications: There is no degree or certification requirement. Additional Requirements and Details: Background check requirements: May not be needed. Vaccination requirements: No vaccines required for work performed on-site. Required training: Training will be provided as needed. The maximum allowable hours per position for the term of any authorized user agreement resulting from this request are: 3,900 regular hours, 0 overtime hours, and 0 holiday hours.
