In this role you oversee SuretyNexus Production teams, ensuring timely servicing of clients and achievement of KPIs and SLAs. You'll build client relationships, coordinate deliverables, and perform administrative tasks including monthly analysis and reporting. You will manage workflow, support bond issuance, and handle client communications in line with SOPs. The role involves onboarding, training, and contributing to a positive, high-performance team culture. You'll work closely with client managers to drive reliable, compliant service and client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize team workflow to meet SLAs and KPIsCommunicate effectively with clients, client managers, and team members
- Foster a positive, productive, and competitive team atmosphere
- Issue Surety bonds and execute related activities per client instructions
- Understand and interpret information in bond requests
- Assist with resolution of client and carrier accounting issues
- Assist in onboarding and training of staff
- Prepare written correspondence, reports, and analyses for management
- Participate in internal and external meetings
- Maintain client confidentiality
Key requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong customer service, presentation, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)1-3+ years insurance industry experience related to servicing accounts is a plusExperience with Surety in an insurance brokerage environment is a plusExperience with Epic and Tinubu is a plus
