Missions In Brief Essential Activities: Content Production: Create all types of visual content according to the specifications, standards for layout, typography, graphic charters, and corresponding layouts in compliance with the rules defined by the business direction. Scan, create, and retouch simple to moderately complex iconographic elements (photos, drawings, diagrams, maps, etc.) intended to be integrated into all types of media. Optimize files for print and/or digital distribution. Verify the conformity of the final document before the reproduction and/or digital distribution process. Integration of Multimedia Files into Learning Platforms: Integrate content into digital learning environments while maintaining organizational and graphic coherence. Participate in the configuration of content management platforms. Create and configure interactive activities and questionnaires. Test content, apply a quality approach: respect of schedules, conformity of the product. Technical Maintenance and Advice: Provide technical advice to the content design department. Ensure basic maintenance of the Windows environment and peripherals (management of fonts, software installations, and configuration). Participate in the management and follow-up of production and report on your interventions. Apply file management procedures (coding, organization, backup, archiving, etc.). Adapt to the evolution of techniques and technologies in your fields of activity. Profile Sought Knowledge: Pedagogical tools and methods for distance learning. Information and communication technologies for education. Digital learning environments, learning platforms, online training, web standards and norms. Basic HTML knowledge. Basic web design rules. Typography and page layout rules. Knowledge of the editorial production chain. Intellectual property law concepts.
Operational Skills: Master Adobe Suite software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, etc.). Master the different aspects of a multimedia product and know how to implement them. Master office software (Office Suite). Write operational technical documentation. Work in project mode.
Behavioral Skills: Good relational skills: aptitude for communication and listening, teamwork. Rigor, autonomy, and responsiveness. Curiosity and creativity. Adaptability, including to technological evolutions. Respect for deadlines and constraints. Minimum Required Education Level
