RBT: Flexible ABA Therapist Driving Real-Life Progress

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home, school, or clinic ABA therapy and to collaborate with families and the clinical team. The role supports real progress for clients and a supportive, growth-oriented environment for staff. Active RBT certification is required at the time of application. Pay ranges from $20–$24 per hour, with full-time or part-time hours and flexible scheduling to fit availability.
