We are currently hiring a qualified Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) for an immediate Contract opening (Day (5x8) shift) in Templeton, CA. In this position, the professional will perform diagnostic X-ray examinations and radiographic procedures using digital and stationary imaging equipment to assist physicians in diagnosis.
Primary responsibilities include:
position patients correctly and adjust imaging equipment to capture clear diagnostic radiographs, practice radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles, utilizing appropriate shielding devices, and process and evaluate digital radiographs for diagnostic quality before sending them to the PACS archive. Candidates must possess valid credentials/licensure, relevant clinical background, and a strong commitment to quality patient care.
