Project Manager (Construction)
Location: Windsor, CO
Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 + Benefits + Vehicle + 401(k) Match + Bonus + PTOA leading general contractor in the Windsor market is adding a Project Manager to its team as it continues to grow. This GC has earned a strong regional reputation for delivering quality municipal, school, and commercial work, and currently holds a healthy backlog of upcoming projects — making this a great opportunity to join a stable, well-regarded organization. The right candidate will take full ownership of ground-up projects from kickoff through closeout, working alongside experienced Superintendents and project teams. Benefits and Highlights

Responsibilities:
  • Direct all aspects of project management — budget, schedule, and resource planning — from start to finish
  • Coordinate closely with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving and maintain quality standards
  • Evaluate plans and specs to catch potential issues early and suggest improvements
  • Oversee quality control and manage project staff to stay on schedule and within budget
  • Handle contract review, change orders, and other key project documentation
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Ground-up project experience in municipal, school, commercial, or related construction preferred
  • Bachelor's degree helpful but not required
