Federal Instructional Designer: Onboarding & Training Lead

Steampunk in McLean, VA is seeking an Instructional Designer to build and implement onboarding and training for a federal client. You will collaborate with designers and technical experts to design engaging programs that drive adoption of new systems. Responsibilities include analyzing training needs, developing materials (videos, guides, gamified content), deploying LMS, tracking usage, and establishing metrics. You will ensure content aligns with ADDIE/Bloom’s/SAM and support governance.
