RESPONSIBILITIES: Understand the facility’s care regulations and support the patient care programs Develop and implement successful strategies regarding labor, occupancy growth, revenue growth, expense control, and quality of services Ensure adherence to the Patient’s Bill of Rights Interview, hire, orient, train, supervise and evaluate staff Constantly assess patient needs and staffing levels Lead the implementation of all sales and operations strategies Assist in the development of operational budgets and capital requirements Able to work in various positions at facility and willing and able to fill in as needed Build a high performing team and keep morale high

QUALIFICATIONS: New Jersey Administrator’s license Prior General Manager or Administrator experience in Skilled Nursing Facility Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related subject preferred
