Employee Workplace is seeking a Digital Press Field Engineer to serve as the frontline technical expert for our customers in the Pleasant Prairie region. You will diagnose and resolve complex press issues, ensure equipment reliability, and deliver hands-on support throughout the customer journey from installation to long-term success. The role emphasizes proactive remote diagnostics, training press operators, and collaborating with Sales, Applications, and Customer Success teams.
