Providing cross-functional leadership for manufacturing readiness and program execution, the full-time Staff Manufacturing Engineer will connect manufacturing with internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution-ready diagnostic manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities: Represent Manufacturing in technical discussions regarding capability, readiness, and operational requirements Define business requirements for digital tools and develop workflows to enhance operational visibility and execution Lead readiness reviews and coordinate manufacturing transitions for new products and processes
Required qualifications: PhD in Biotechnology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred Typically 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, diagnostics, or biopharma environments Demonstrated experience in cross-functional manufacturing readiness and technology transfer Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP principles and manufacturing documentation Experience in developing scalable digital workflows and dashboards
