Location: Tulsa, OK, US, 74137 Full-Time/Part-Time: Part TimeEnsure quality guest service SPARK satisfaction in a professional and friendly manner by greeting and thanking guests for dining in our restaurants; operates and maintains guest reservations; record all sales transactions; assists team members as needed or requested at any MNGE venue.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Welcomes guests in a friendly and timely manner; maintains superior customer service to all guests at all times. Completes all financial transactions in a friendly and timely manner. Completes all tasks required to receive a daily MNGE vault issued bank, including reporting and tips reconciliations. Actively complies with all Title 31 regulations as required/instructed. Manages reservations and wait lists. Properly seats guests following the assigned rotation of sections to ensure guest satisfaction. Adheres to proper phone etiquette as directed by Management. Ensures Host areas are kept clean and presentable at all times. Assists team members as needed while promoting a positive teamwork environment. Ability to perform all duties associated with all Food & Beverage operations and all related and compatible duties as required and/or assigned.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required.

Education: High School Diploma or GEDExperienceOne year experience in a high-volume food and beverage operations with multiple venue responsibilities, casino experience preferred. Cash handling skills strongly recommended. Licenses/CertificationsMCN OPG Gaming License is required. Key positions require knowledge and application of Title 31 reporting requirements. Tulsa County Food Handler's Card is required for all F&B positions. Liquor License from the Able Commission is also required for F&B front of house positions. Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license as required.
