Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator & Educator

RWJBarnabas Health Hamilton Hospital is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead and coordinate clinical pharmacy services across the acute-care setting. You will work with Pharmacy leadership to promote safe, evidence-based medication use for diverse patient populations and oversee education for pharmacists, residents, students, and staff. The role involves collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals, program development, and ensuring regulatory compliance while aligning
