Senior Group Paralegal - Global Governance & Contracts

BG MC US Holdings LLC Force Motion Group is seeking a Senior Group Paralegal to provide high-level paralegal support across U.S. and global operations. You will assist with governance, contracts, compliance, investigations, and HR-related legal matters, reporting to the VP of Human Resources. You will manage matter intake, file maintenance, and coordination with external counsel, ensuring confidentiality and a proactive approach in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
