Compensation: $135,000 – $170,000
Key Responsibilities:
Help oversee daily clinical operations and ensure smooth unit workflows Coach and develop nursing staff, promoting a culture of accountability and teamwork Guide care planning processes and support ongoing performance improvement efforts Play an active role in survey preparation and regulatory adherence Work closely with leadership and interdisciplinary partners to support resident outcomes
Qualifications:
Current New York RN license in good standing Skilled nursing facility experience required Prior leadership experience (Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or similar) strongly preferred Working knowledge of state and federal compliance standards Strong leadership presence with sound clinical decision-making Be part of a well-supported, forward-moving organization that invests in its leaders and prioritizes quality care.
