UKG QA

Location: Remote (Washington, DC – Onsite once per quarter)

Candidate Requirements: Candidates must be based in the EST or CST time zones. Minimum 10+ years of overall experience. Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.

Required Skills: 5+ years of experience with UKG ProWFM, particularly Timekeeper, Accrual, and Activities. 5+ years of experience working with JIRA. Strong experience in Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, and testing. Hands-on experience developing test plans, test cases, and conducting regression testing. Experience creating and maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM). Strong understanding of process mapping, workflows, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis. Experience with testing integrations involving systems such as SAP and Maximo. Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar tools. Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications: CBAP certification and/or Certified Scrum Master certification. Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience with UKG ProWFM, Telestaff, or Workforce Central.
