The candidate must hold a valid LPN license for Tennessee, Arkansas, or Mississippi and have at least three years of clinical nursing experience.

Provides the day-to-day human resources support for the assigned region and serve as backup for the Human Resource Manager. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues in absence of HR Manager. AA Degree or 2 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
