The iconic Waldorf Astoria property in New Orleans, The Roosevelt, is seeking a FT Guest Services Supervisor to join the team!. Our luxury hotel offers an unparalleled combination of Southern hospitality, world-class service and historic surroundings. As the centerpiece of the city, the hotel is located near the French Quarter and within walking distance to the city's most vibrant attractions and entertainment, including Jackson Square, Bourbon Street and the Arts & Warehouse District. Embodying the rich heritage of Southern hospitality, the historic hotel features 504 rooms, over 60,000 square feet of meeting space, and five (5) food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants, a café, seasonal rooftop bar, and in-room dining.

The Runner position is a critical part of our team, playing a key role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately, using foot, scooter, or e-bike as required. Ensure orders are delivered to the correct delivery location in the correct delivery mode ( i.e. room service vs. Follows daily opening and closing runner duties set by the Manager. Be able to stand and walk around throughout an 8-hour shift.

The host/hostess at Emeril’s will perform duties during service to include greeting guests, escorting them to their tables and assisting other service staff to ensure an excellent dining experience for all.. A professional, friendly and enthusiastic phone presence and ability to interact with guests with a positive impact.. Bright and pleasant personality with a passion for hospitality. Ability to handle reservations and special requests over the phone. Comfortable with navigating around a luxury dining room and interacting with clientele from New Orleans and around the world.
