Our concepts include Planet Hollywood, Buca di Beppo, Earl of Sandwich, Chicken Guy, Collide.com, Seaside on the Pier, Mixology, Café Hollywood and Bertucci's.

The front desk/host positions require a strong communicator who will guide our Guests through their retail, game rental and dining experiences. Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun. Acts as ambassador to the building, greeting Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones. Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum Team Member morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness. Drives table turn timing by scouting open tables, bussing and cleaning tables as necessary.

The Host Person is responsible for providing superior guest service that is consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating. Assisting Managers with table management to maximize seating. 1-year work experience as host person in a high-end restaurant is preferred. Exhibit phone etiquette, organizational skills, basic computer knowledge (including reservations management system) and food/wine service knowledge. Must be available to work all shifts including day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Properly rotate server stations when seating guests (requires knowledge of server abilities).. Assist service staff in making certain tables are cleared and cleaned after each use and are set properly.. Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust and smoke..
