ATCS is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Site/Civil (Land Development Engineering) Project Manager to join our team in our Virginia Beach, VA location. About You You hold a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering. You are proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D; and preferably have a
