Develop new, and refine existing investment casting product to reduce scrap, rework, and manufacturing costs. Understanding of Intellectual Property and Export Control requirements. Previous investment casting or aerospace experience, single crystal casting experience a plus. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
