Master's degree or higher in educational leadership, special education, applied behavior analysis or a closely related field of study. Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) credential. Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining an educational leadership, administration, principal or similar credential preferred. Well-versed in applied behavior analysis (ABA) including positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS), effective teaching strategies, classroom management systems, data-based decision making, and functional analysis/behavior intervention plans.
