The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of hands-on experience in ERP-driven planning, including Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), and ideally hold an active APICS CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) designation.. CPIM certification (APICS) is heavily desired.. Strong ERP proficiency, preferably with (Epicor, or SAP, Oracle).. Deep understanding of MRP/MPS principles, capacity planning, and demand forecasting.. Experience with Epicor Kinetic or other cloud-based ERP systems.

Field Inventory Specialist will assist in the management and control of inventory through various sales and distribution channels, including field inventory-based modes, to include loaners, consignment, trunk stock.. Collaborate with Distribution and Territory Managers to ensure consignment and inventory policies and controls are enforced.. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing, general accounting projects.. Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with all TMC Quality Systems requirements.. Experience with multiple field-based inventory channels (long- and short-term consignment, loaners, representative based also known as “trunk stock”) and associated processes in the medical device or pharmaceutical space strongly preferred.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our supply chain—sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely, cost-effective procurement of goods to support our production and operations. Request and follow up on supplier credit notes; liaise with Accounts Payable for accurate processing.. Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor supplier lead times, expediting as necessary.. Experience handling POs, vendor coordination, and basic import logistics.. Knowledge of freight, customs, or international shipping processes is a plus
